1. Using BetLion Kenya

BetLion Kenya gives you access to betting, gaming, promotions, and account tools. Use of those features is governed by these Terms and by any product-specific rules shown in the relevant section of the site or app.

We may change, pause, limit, or remove features when needed for operations, security, licensing, legal compliance, or other business reasons.

2. Who May Use the Service

You may use BetLion Kenya only where local law allows betting and gaming and only if you meet the legal age requirement (18+ in Kenya). By using the service, you confirm that you can enter a binding agreement and that your activity does not break any rule that applies to you.

We may ask for evidence of identity, age, address, or other eligibility details at any time. If checks are incomplete or unsuccessful, we may limit or freeze account access.

3. Creating an Account

Some features require registration. When you sign up, you must give true, complete, and up-to-date information.

You must protect your login details (username, password, and any other credentials). Activity on your account may be treated as authorised by you unless we conclude otherwise after review.

Unless we clearly allow more than one profile, you may hold only a single account. Duplicate, fake, or unauthorised accounts may be restricted, suspended, or closed.

4. Keeping Your Account Safe

We may cancel, pause, reclaim, or withhold promotional value where we reasonably believe there has been abuse, fraud, bonus manipulation, multi-accounting, or another rule breach.

8. Betting and Casino Play

When you place a bet or start a game round, you accept the product rules in force at that moment.

Check stake, odds, market details, or game settings before you confirm. After confirmation, a transaction is generally final unless law requires otherwise or we determine that a technical or operational fault affected it.

We may correct clear errors - including pricing mistakes, technical faults, settlement mistakes, or other obvious issues - that affect bets, markets, games, results, or balances.

9. Outcomes and Settlement

Results and payouts follow the rules of the relevant market or game, plus any applicable house rules.

If settlement is distorted by a technical fault, bad data feed, pricing error, human mistake, or similar issue, we may adjust the result, void the bet, reverse the entry, or make another correction needed to match the intended outcome under the rules.

10. Forbidden Conduct

Do not use BetLion Kenya in any unlawful, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful way toward BetLion Kenya, other customers, payment systems, or third parties.

Examples of prohibited conduct include:

• opening extra accounts without permission;
• submitting false or misleading registration data;
• abusing bonuses or promotional mechanics;
• using payment methods you are not entitled to use;
• trying to manipulate betting, gaming, settlement, or offer systems;
• deploying bots, scripts, or other tools for an unfair edge;
• collusion, fraud, money laundering, chargeback abuse, or other suspicious finance activity;
• interfering with the security or normal running of the site or app.

If we find or reasonably suspect such conduct, we may restrict the account, cancel related transactions, remove bonus funds, hold withdrawals, or close the account.

11. Safer Play

BetLion Kenya is for entertainment. You are responsible for keeping your betting and gaming within limits you can manage.

12. Checks and Compliance

13. Account Limits and Closure

We may suspend, restrict, or close an account where:

• law, regulation, operations, or security requires it;
• we suspect fraud, misuse, prohibited conduct, or a breach of these Terms;
• verification or compliance steps are not completed;
• the account has been inactive for a long period, subject to applicable rules;
• continued access would put BetLion Kenya, payment partners, or other users at risk.

You may stop using BetLion Kenya at any time, subject to unfinished obligations, open transactions, or checks that still need finishing.

14. Brand and Content Rights

Content, design, graphics, branding, software, text, interfaces, and related materials on BetLion Kenya belong to us or our licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may use the service for personal, lawful, non-commercial play as intended. You must not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit the service except where we expressly allow it.

15. Uptime and Access

We aim to keep BetLion Kenya available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access at every moment.

The site, app, or individual features may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, faults, third-party outages, security events, connectivity issues, or other causes outside our reasonable control.

We may change, remove, or refresh features, content, or services when needed.

16. Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BetLion Kenya is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from use of the website, app, or related services.

We are also not liable for loss caused by outages, device failure, internet problems, third-party payment delays, unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect login details, or steps we take to enforce these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms removes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

17. Privacy

Using BetLion Kenya may involve processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the service, you acknowledge that account, payment, technical, and usage data may be processed where needed for account management, service delivery, fraud prevention, compliance, security, support, and related operations.

18. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect product changes, operations, legal requirements, security needs, or new features.

Updated versions may be published on the website or app with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update may mean the new Terms apply.
