The University of Nairobi  is a scholarly research university based in Nairobi City . It is one of the largest and best universities in Kenya.

The University of Nairobi wishes to inform all students who qualified for the award of various degrees and diplomas at the end of last academic year (2020/2021) and members of the public, that the 65th Graduation Ceremony will be held VIRTUALLY on Friday, September 24, 2021 commencing at 8.00 a.m. at the Great Court.

CLEARANCE OF FEES AND ORDER OF NAMES:

ONLY those who  satisfied all the academic requirements,  completed paying all the fees due to the University; and been cleared of any disciplinary cases by Tuesday August 24, 2021 will be allowed to graduate.

ALL graduands are advised to confirm the order of their names with their respective Executive Deans.

GRADUATION/CONVOCATION FEE
Each graduand will be required to obtain a clearance certificate from the relevant Faculty Registrar upon clearance with the respective Department,

  • Library,
  • Halls of Residence,
  • Games Department,
  • Finance and pay a compulsory Graduation/Convocation fee of Kshs. 1,000/=.
