TO: ALL TEACHERS
EXAM MALPRACTICE
Pursuant to Section 44 of the Kenya National Examination Council Act, the Commission is mandated to provide Resource Persons employed and/or registered as teachers to assist in
the administration of examinations on a temporary basis. Over the years, you have performed this national duty with excellence and distinction in accordance with the ethos of the teaching profession.
However, the Government is concerned that some unscrupulous people have started sharing and/or publishing fake documents purported to be examination materials through the various social media platforms Accordingly, the Government has flagged the attached Social Media Platforms disseminating fake examination materials.
To this end, with a view to maintaining integrity in all of the 2023 National Examinations,You are advised to avoid disseminating and/or sharing information from the aforementioned Social media platforms, as doing so will constitute and be considered an examination malpractice
