It is true that not every KCSE student is accepted into a university.
Most students who do not get into their selected university do not have to give up their education or careers, nor do they have to give up their bright future.
The following is a list of KMTC certificate courses that form 4 students and anyone else interested in can enroll in to brighten their future.
(1)Health Records and IT KMTC Certificate
Due to the digitalization of today’s world, the course will teach you all about health records practices and needs using information technology.
This course takes around two years to complete, and students must have at least a C- average in the KCSE to be considered.
(2) Environmental Health Sciences KMTC Certificate;
To be considered for the course, you must have a minimum KCSE mean score of C-, a C- in English, a D+ in Maths or Physics, and a C- in Biology.
This course offers certificate studies in KMTCs like as Kabarnet, Embu, Eldoret, Manza, and Kwale.
(3) Orthopaedic Trauma Medicine KMTC Certificate;
Under this course, a C- in KCSE, a C- in English language, and a D+ in Maths or Physics are taken into account by KMTC.
This subject is available at most KMTC colleges.
(4) Medical Engineering Certificate from KMTC;
This course takes two years to complete, and applicants must have a C- average in KCSE to be considered. Kilifi KMTC provides this service.
(5) Nursing Certificate from KMTC;
In Kenya, these certificate courses are thought to be the most marketable.
This programme takes 2.5 years to complete and is available at most KMTC colleges in Kenya.
(6) Health Promotion for the Deaf Certificate;
The program is only for deaf students and lasts roughly two years.
A D+ in English/Kenyan sign language and a D in Maths/Chemistry were required.
(7) Community Nutrition Certificate;
The completion of this course qualifies you to work as a nutritionist.
This course takes two years to complete.
(8)Community Health/Nursing Certificate;
With a C- in English/ Kiswahili, a C- in Biology/ Biological Science, and a D+ in Chemistry/ Physics, a minimum KCSE mean score of C- is required.
(9) Nutrition and Dietetics Certificate;
A D+ in KCSE, a D+ in English/ Kiswahili and Bio, and a D in Chemistry/ Physics are required for consideration in this programme.
(10).Psychiatric Nursing Certificate;
To be considered, students must have received a C- in English/Kiswahili and Biology, as well as a D+ in Math/Physics.
