All registered teachers have been reminded by their employers Teacher Service Commission (TSC) concerning the Teachers performance Appraisal and development.(TPAD).
As all the public and private schools have closed today 1st October 2021 for one week,teachers who will not have complied with Teachers performance Appraisal and development by today will face stern action.
This online exercise was opened in the beginning of the term, July 26th 2021 and the commission has also set the deadline for the same exercise being today 1st October 2021 at midnight.
The institution heads/principals are also reminded by the Teachers service commission to ensure that all teachers have adhered to the commission requests and the relevant officers have countersigned their appraised documents.
Sub-county directors received a memo from the Teachers service commission (TSC) through the county directors and part of it stated that stern measures will be taken to those teachers who will have not submitted their Teachers
Performance Contract for school heads is available on the TSC website. The heads of an institution are expected to follow the PC calendar of activities. The PC should be downloaded and signed properly as required.
The TPAD online system provides for lesson observation which should be done at least once a term. A list of schools missing from the TPAD system in respective Counties should be submitted to the Commission.
