RE: RELEASE OF LEARNERS SCOUTED FOR SPORTS TRAINING AT THE NATIONAL TALENT CAMP TO BE HELD FROM 14TH–19TH AUGUST, 2023, IN NAIROBI
The Ministry of Youth Affairs, Arts, and Sports has planned a National Talent Camp from August 14th–19th, 2023, for talented athletes in different disciplines under the Talanta Hela initiatives. The camp will be coordinated by the Kenya Academy of Sports (KAS).
The camp targets school-going children aged 14 to 19, who were scouted during various sporting events. The camp will offer specialized training in football, basketball, rugby, hockey, tennis, table tennis, netball, chess, and deaf basketball.
The purpose of this letter is to request the release of the learners from your County to participate in the activity.
Attached is the list of scouted talented learners and their respective counties and schools for your action.
