NYAMBARIA BOYS HIGH SCHOOL BRIEF HISTORY
Nyambaria is a boys school in Kitutu Masaba, Nyamira County, Manga Sub County. This is a massive school in the Gusii region that has a stellar reputation.
Because of its richness and location on a hill, the school has been nicknamed “London.” The school began as a modest school with little resources in 1966, but it has since evolved to become a major institution in the region.
Because the institution was originally sponsored by the SDA fraternity, the school is also classified as having a strong Christian faith. This means that on Saturdays, there is no learning because it is a day of worship. Students are only permitted to study after 6 p.m.
During the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education, the school has traditionally had good outcomes, with over 70% of pupils advancing to university with a minimum university entry grade of C+. Because of the good leadership that has been inscribed in that school, it has always been and will continue to be a giant.
The school has a student population of 2,500 students and a teaching staff of 100 teachers . Every teacher specializes in one subject and teaches only that subject. This helps teachers to improve their skills in their subject area.
