TSC New Tpay Terms and Conditions For Teachers And Third Parties.
The Teachers Service Commission is incharge of teachers salaries regulation under SRC.
1) Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
a) The Commission offers you the T-Pay service in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.
All Teachers Service Commission (TSC) stakeholders can use this service at their convenience.
b) By continuing to browse and use this system, you agree to abide by the accompanying terms and conditions of use and to be bound by them.
You acknowledge that TSC may alter this agreement at any time, and that the modified agreement will take effect as soon as it is posted.
You acknowledge that using T-Pay after any such modifications will be construed as your acceptance of the updated document and your agreement to its terms.
b) You acknowledge that when accessing or using the T-Pay system, you will not knowingly supply inaccurate information.
c) In addition, you promise not to alter or forge any information that appears on the system in any way.
2) Protection of Your Personal Data
No web system can ensure 100% security, but we make every attempt to protect any sensitive personal data you give us.
No information about you that can be used to contact you (such as your name, address, phone number, or email address) will be rented, sold, or otherwise transferred to a third party for marketing or mailing list purposes without your permission.
Also, we won’t divulge information about your pay unless it’s required by law, with your permission, or in connection with transactions with third parties (such as loans, stock purchases, etc.).
b) Teachers or users must transmit their payslip to any third party they desire to obtain financial assistance from before initiating any transaction on T-Pay. Users are discouraged from sharing their passwords with anyone as a result because the system’s built-in procedures for exchanging data are adequate and secure.
3) Availability of services
a) The Commission makes no promises that you will always have access to the services at any given time or that they will run smoothly.
The availability of pertinent computer systems determines the services offered after hours.
b) The Commission will use all reasonable efforts to give you the best service possible, but it offers no guarantees about the services’ availability.
c) Notifications about anticipated system failures will be distributed beforehand.
4) Personal Information Collection
Unless required by court order or by law, the Commission does not divulge any information about the collecting of IP addresses to other parties.

5) User ID and Password

iii Use reasonable caution when accessing the service to prevent anyone else from learning your Password.
b) If you think someone might know your password, change it right away, go to the TSC office that’s closest to you and ask for help, or send the support team an email at [email protected].
c) You acknowledge that you are accountable for all acts related to your account that are taken using your User Name and/or Password.
6) Access to T-Pay
You won’t be able to use T-Pay if you:
a) Giving false information for identification.
b) Change any downloaded or printed information, forge paystubs, or otherwise impair your capacity to obtain financial support from others.
c) When a third-party institution (Sacco, Bank, etc.) is asked to make a change or halt a transaction to permit, for example, a buy-off, and the request is not followed through with within three working days.
d) A third-party institution is discovered to be in possession of the user name or password of students or teachers, or they are discovered to be asking students or teachers for their user name or password.
a) Engage in any conduct as a user or institution that might jeopardize the system’s integrity or hinder its functionality.
b) As a user, go three months without accessing your account.
7. Users’ Rights
a) The Commission retains the right to restrict or terminate users’ access to the system when necessary.
8) Liability
a) TSC disclaims all liability for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages, resulting from the use of this website.
b) All damage is the full responsibility of the user.
