Mang’u Boys stamped its authority once more in Kiambu County on matters of academic performance and KCSE 2020-2021 Results ranking in 2021.
The national school proved its worth after scooping position 3 nationally with several straight As thus emerging among the Top 200 schools nationally and the Top 10 best performing and top-ranking schools in Kiambu County
The school registered a total of 500 candidates in the KCSE 2021 exam. In the just released KCSE 2021 results, the school posted an impressive mean score of 10.284.
The good news is that 491 candidates managed to score above C+ (plus), which is the minimum university entry grade. This translates to a percentage of 98.89% securing direct entry to university under the placement body, KUCCPS.
The institution produced three among the 10 best national performers in what is said was the restoration of the lost glory of Mang’u that has produced very prominent leaders including the late third president of Kenya Emilio Mwai Kibaki.

In the just-released 2021 KCSE Results, Mang’u Boys High School produced the Top KCSE candidate in April 2022 known as Jariel Ndenda Obura who attained an A Plain of 87.167 points. Mang’u High thus produced the 2021 KCSE top candidate popularly referred to as “Kenya One.” Another KCSE top candidate from Mang’u Boys, Mutethya Caleb Ngumbau attained an A Plain thus scooping position 13 nationally
