In order to replace the 8, 230 secondary school teachers who left the service due to natural attrition, the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has begun releasing merit lists for teachers who are seeking to be hired (5,000).
At the county office, you can access the merit lists for every county. These lists are really helpful during this hiring process because they help one make the right choice regarding attending interviews.
To fill 8,230 vacancies left by teachers who left the service due to natural attrition, the Teachers Service Commission announced the vacancies late last month (6,539 posts for primary schools and 1,691 posts for secondary schools).
The Commission highlighted that all teachers hired will have permanent employment contracts with pension benefits.
