The Public Service Commission (PSC) has selected a group of 3,902 exceptional candidates for the Public Service Internship Program (PSIP) Cohort V. These gifted individuals will be able to serve their country for a year, bringing their distinct skills and perspectives to the table. Our elite applicants will be assigned to Ministries, State Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) under the supervision of experienced mentors.
Almost 30,000 interested candidates responded to the commission’s request for internship applications. Following a rigorous screening process, a select group of 7,400 candidates was contacted for interviews, and only the cream of the crop—3,902 in total—was chosen to join the prestigious 5th cohort of the PSIP. The PSIP program has once again proven to be a game changer, with this year’s cohort adding to the amazing count of over 15,000 beneficiaries since its debut in 2019.
Before being assigned to their designated workstations, the selected individuals will participate in a comprehensive orientation program. Stay tuned for updates on the dates for induction, deployment, and reporting. We’ll be sure to keep you in the loop as soon as we have all the details ironed out.
You can find the roster of selected individuals on the Commission’s official webpage. The PSC portal offers a convenient way for applicants to keep track of their application status.
