Many teachers have upgraded their education and they are very good teachers but they are not getting an opportunity just beacause of the mean grades they got in KCSE result. You will find most of them they passed very well but mybe didn’t do good in 1 or 2 subjects resulting to a C plain grade but their teaching subjects have very good grades don’t you think They can perform better given a chance.
Will teachers already in grade c2,and qualify to teach in junior secondary schools be promoted to c3???
