The positions include :
- Assistant finance officers
- Bank supervision analysts
- Assurance associates
- Information technology (IT) audit associates.
- Banking and payment service analysts.
In an advertisement , central bank requests that all applications be submitted using the online recruitment platform provided by Deloitte Kenya.
Additionally, CBK advertisement stated that the applications should be made before October 14, 2022 deadline.
Those with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, economics, finance, or a closely related field is are recommended to apply for the post of assistant finance officer.
Another specification indicate that candidates should have professional qualifications among them Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
For the position of Bank supervision analysts , one is required to have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as computer science, data science, accounting, business, or a closely related field.
In addition applicants need to prove their professional competence by presenting credentials like CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional) and CIM (Certified Information Manager) (CISM).
Those with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or Business is required for the post of IT audit associate.
All the Applicants for assurance associate roles are expected to meet professional criteria such as CPA in addition to holding a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, as well as Finance.
Also a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, social studies, statistics, or computer science is required for those who want to work as banking and payment service analysts, as stated by the central bank.
At least two years of relevant work experience is typically required for every given position.
